We recently bought a VW Golf for my daughter, from V12 and the car is fab! My Daughter is loving driving it and feel so reassured she is in a safe car to get about in. Whilst we were in the dealership Keiran was helping us and he was great, really helpful, informative and made the whole experience pain free.

When I bought my new Ford Focus from V12, I traveled a fair distance and im so glad that I did, Alex who helped me was great, he was very informative and didn't use any pushy sales tactics with me, which was very refreshing. Overall I cant complain about the service, but im not a person who gives 5 stars as I think anyone is faultless but they sure where close!

I was looking to buy a new car and I was having a look on the internet when I found one that I really liked advertised with Auto Trader with V12 Sports and Classics so I gave them a call to see if it was still available and to ask if I could come and take a look at it. When I got to their Hinckley Showroom I was introduced to one of their sales reps called Laura who was really welcoming, she let me have a good look around the car and answered any questions that I had along the way. I felt under no pressure to buy anything from her and she explained everything in non jargon for me so everything made perfect sense. I fell in love with the car from the second I saw it so my mind was made up to buy the car anyway without Laura having to do much work, she got all the paperwork done for me and all I had to do was put my signature to it, it was that simple. I was able to collect my car in a matter of days and i'm very happy with my Ford Kuga it is a spectacular car and it drives so well.
