I had a great experience at V12 Sports and Classics in Luton, I dealt with a staff member called Awais and he was a pleasure to deal with. He showed me to the car and talked me through its operations. I really liked that I was able to buy the car the same day however I would have liked it even more if the process could have been sped up a little bit. Other than that all was good 😊

I went to V12 in Witham to view and Astra I had seen for sale online. When I saw the car in person all seemed to match up and be accurately described on the listing. I was really impressed with the AA checks the cars go through prior to the purchase, I felt very assured about the quality of the vehicle.

Alex was a very friendly chap to deal with and I felt very much at ease while making the purchase with him. The was no pressure or fuss, exactly as it should be. The A4 was presented beautifully and drives really good. I would have just loved for there to be a bit more petrol in it when I collected it as I was dashing to fill it up as soon as I bought it. Other than that I was a happy customer

I am so pleased with my A4, it is hand on heart a very good car. There have been no problems at all. And in terms of the customer service I have nothing negative to report, it was absolutely excellent. Five stars!

At V12 the team are incredibly helpful! I have no objections on how they handled the purchase, all was completed efficiently. The only thing I would have liked would have been for the car to have a more recent service on it. Other than that I have had no problems, I have had the car serviced and all is looking good 😊

Everything so far so good, got myself a Ford Luton and its great, good runner and no coughs and splutters. I have recommend V12 since buying the Luton and would be happy to buy from them again when the time is right.
