Can't fault the service

Sam was brilliant, I thought he was really accommodating and made the whole process really smooth. I was only there for a couple of hours, and everything was sorted without any issues. I didn’t have many questions since I’ve had an identical BMW 3 Series before, but I couldn’t fault the service!
