BUYER BEWARE, BUY ELSEWHERE!! I have NEVER before left a negative review for any business until now! To help others make an informed decision on buying from Village Cars, I decided to post this review. UNETHICAL BUSINESS! WARRANTY is a SHAM! Bought our Kia believing we had 3 month warranty, which swayed our decision to buy. We had mechanical problems within the FIRST FEW WEEKS! Needing repairs in Scotland, we phoned David that there were problems with the car. Initially David said he would contribute to repair costs, however, after the car being repaired and paid for by ourselves, David then denied any responsibility for repairs, saying mis-diagnosis, REGARDLESS of refusing to have phone interaction with the mechanic and, as David requested, the broken parts being given to him later. We were left paying the TOTAL repair bill ourselves, PLUS we were stranded for 2 WEEKS without a car! Totally unethical business. Shame on you David!
