Utterly incompetent service advisors
The service technicians are competent but the whole department of service advisors are utterly incompetent and knew very little about BMWs. For two years running, the service advisors of this Vines have zero focus on customers. Not only they messed up big time on key reminders and instructions, all of them seemed more engrossed in their computer screens than serving a waiting customer. Service advisors? Why don’t you just change your titles to Call Centre IT analysts. In fact, can I suggest to lay off all the service advisors and Service manager and promote some technicians to become service managers. They do have good technicians but the service advisors are just call centres generalists who are hogging the space for Service.
