Disappointing customer service
Purchased a second hand car from Wessex Garage Kia in Bristol. Needed follow up, which took me four weeks to resolve. My issue was not taken seriously. I contacted the Managing Director who was no more helpful than the salesman. Sadly I will not be either having my Kia serviced with their garage or purchasing another car from them. They have lost my business. Previous customer service experience with Kia elsewhere was very good.
