Bmw X4

I bought a BMW X4 from these guys, and it had issues with changing gears. Within less than 7 days, I was back with the car. They tried to tell me that the hesitation in changing gears was because I had run-flat tires and the vibrations were caused by rough roads. After I got one of the guys to drive it, they admitted there was an issue and said they would get someone "who works for BMW" to have a look. This "specialist" mentioned the transfer case and replaced it with a remanufactured one, but they used the same old oil. I asked for everything in writing to ensure I wouldn't lose the extra warranty, which, of course, never happened. Long story short, the car broke down again 2000 km away, between Christmas and New Year. When checked, these cowboys had not installed the transfer case properly and damaged the gearbox and the drive shaft. Additionally, they never serviced the car, old oil and filters, and the brake pads were non-existent even though the car was supposedly fully serviced. To top it off, I nearly had a massive accident because they filled the windscreen washer with AdBlue liquid. COWBOYS! Stay away, as far as you can.
