Awful. Be aware, they couldn’t care less

I’ve been a loyal customer for more than a decade. I’ve spent fortunes in this garage. I’ve bought 3 brand new vans on finance, taken out service packages etc etc. I’m a wee tiny sole trader. If I’m off the road, I don’t earn. 10 years ago, the service manager “got” it. And I was never off the road. Nowadays? They couldn’t care less. I’ve been off the road for a week and a half. They’re response? Couldn’t care less. Be aware
