Just arrived back in The UK on Saturday 11th August spend a night at Gatwick,and needed a car to hire but all the big companies were charging some ridiculous money up to £250 per day cos the had only V.I.P vehicles left. I decided to buy a car . So I went to Wheels Deals amazing people IHAB great salesman polite and helpful. Thanks to the Boss he used his credit card mon my ensurence as mine were blocked. I am about to enter a dispute with Wheels Deals. Car stopped working in less than 24 hours after purchase and they are failing to take responsibility to retrieve the vehicle and repair it. Absolutely despicable.

Turns out the car I bought from these guys had been in an accident that car was a cat c and shouldn't of been sold with notice. Avoid avoid avoid. Feel disappointed and disgusted!

Being female I was a little nervous about using a car dealer out of my local area but I was pleasantly surprised at how I was treated by Naith and Moe at Wheels Deals. Both went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease without any pressure to make a purchase. The small issues that I noticed when viewing a particular vehicle were all discussed and Wheels Deals agreed to rectify them if I was interested. One week later I went back to collect my new car and as promised the issues previously discussed had been sorted. I've had the vehicle 2 weeks now and so far so good so definitely a high five for Wheels Deals for their great customer service and restoring my faith in used car dealers.

I bought my first car from these guys. During my first visit, I was made to feel very comfortable, enough to admit I needed help. I was assured that if there was anything amis I would be able to bring the car back for repair. I chose my car, test drove it and was happy enough to leave my deposit and was looking forward to delivery of the car since I was still a learner. Following the final transfer, I was looking forward to receiving the car but there was delay after delay and eventually got someone to go with me to go collect the car. Purchased the car with a warranty and happily headed home with a promise that if i had any issues i could come back. A few weeks later i noticed the driver door didn't lock. I called back and felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously with once delay after another. Finally I was able to get the car back to be looked at and was being told, it’s under warranty and I needed to reach out to the warranty company. I was ready to blow my top, upset and disappointed, I was close to screaming. I called my finance company to explain what was happening and wanted to either have the issues fixed or return the car and transfer the finance to another car/company. During the call with my car finance company, Naith called me. He was so understanding of my predicament and how disappointed and upset I was since this was my very first car. His treatment and approach was brilliant. First he took personal ownership of my concerns, and explained the warranty was to ensure that no matter what, the car would be repaired but that I would have to approach the warranty company. I wasn’t happy to take on any cost BECAUSE it was under warranty, he explained any expenses would be covered and reimbursed. I told him I was not happy with that route and he agreed to repair the car for me. Not only did Naith repair the door lock, he drove my sister back home after dropping off the car, replaced all the wheel caps on the car, reset the gears and had the car cleaned inside and out before arranging for it to be delivered back to me. He kept calling with updates and I was so glad that he was there to handle this otherwise this could have gone haywire. Would I recommend them, yes I would for the overall outcome, the range of cars they have and Naith’s personal ownership and understanding of my individual predicaments. When the time comes, I will return to get another car from Wheels Deals. Thank you again Naith.

I bought a Mercedes Benz c class from wheels deals, i was very happy with the service they provided, all the staff was very friendly, honest and professional, i found everything in the car as described on the website and even better, i am very glad to deal with people like this and if i want to buy any car again i will go for wheels deal. I would definitely recommend wheels deal for anyone who want to buy a car.

I bought a Honda Civic from Wheels Deals last month (May) and I am very pleased with both the car and the customer service, especially from Sabrina and from the owner. I had a couple of small issues, one being the car not being very clean, but they sorted these out with no problem and were very nice people to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.

Just picked up my new Ford focus from wheels deals and I couldn't be any happier. Sabrina at wheels deals went far out of her way to help seel the deal with the finance company and finalising all the paperwork. All the staff I interacted were a great help and gave 100%. Even helping me with the road tax and allowing me to use the office computer to sort out my insurance so I could drive away on the day. Thanks again guys and girls, would fully recommend any day
