Very poor service and very rude attitude

I bought a Ford Transit just over 3months ago and as I drove it off the forecourt I had an issue with the cigarette lighter socket as I plugged my sat nav in it didn't work. I asked for assistance to which they told me they wouldn't help me as they were too busy to check the fuses or just have a look. I was gob smacked as I had just handed over £4K to then be treated this way. I found the owner extremely rude and once he had my money couldn't care less. Also he registers the poorest warranty scheme just to get a sell. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS DEALER!!!
