Poor after sales
Great service up until payment made then downhill very quickly indeed. After purchase Dropped car at my regular garage for a check over, two tyres one dangerous bulge on sidewall the other serious age cracking, also plugged in for service history check not quite what I was told when buying receipts on photocopy nothing matched up. On first contacting woods response from Neal (salesman ) “let me look into this “ then “ it’s not for him to answer” passed to after-sales. Fobbed off as nothing seems to be their problem once the cash is in their bank. Communication below fyi I am pretty disappointed in this transaction, and only putting this out there as information for future customers As for the judge service reviews I have never been contacted about my opinion so can only assume only happy transactions passed on easy to have great rating by manipulation. Many thanks for the email and apologies for the delay as i was under the impression that Neal was responding to you yesterday. We are based in a separate office from the showroom. Having checked out your concerns i can see that this car had a full MOT on it November 30th 2023 with no advisories in place. It failed on a lower arm which was replaced and then the car passed its MOT. There is no mention of tyres or brakes needing replacing or changing anytime soon as this would of been advised on the MOT. Please bare in mind that the car is nearly 8 years old and as such all items will be very used as commensurate with the age and mileage. The 12 months MOT with no advisories shows that there were no issues at point of sale so should you have any concerns the independent MOT station should be able to answer any of those. kind regards After sales Team Escalated to owner Reply To bring this to a conclusion we will offer £100 goodwill as full and final settlement so please forward bank details and we will arrange transfer on Monday.
