Excellent service, thorough

Dealt with by Richard Nash in what is obviously a difficult market at the moment, after looking elsewhere I came back to purchasing the first car I was shown and the only one I bothered to test drive. He responded to my needs rather than trying to sell me what they had available, left me to make my own decisions, and at no stage did I feel pressured. The whole process was very thoroughly and professionally handled. Message passing was a little less efficient but given the difficulties of staffing at the moment this was forgivable and no harm was done. I feel comfortable about returning with any queries.
