Outstanding buying experience!

In all my years of buying cars (there have been a lot!!), I have never had such fantastic customer service. My son was buying his first car and Gary at Crawfurds pulled out all the stops to give him an outstanding deal. Not only did my son get a fab deal, but it was so clear that Crawfurds actually care about their customers. Gary ensured that the fabulous wee Clio was serviced, MOTd with new tyres, brake pads (which were only advisories on MOT, not a necessity to pass). Gary went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the deal, car & service. I feel that my son has bought a safe car, which is so important when it is being driven by a new and inexperienced driver. Greenock is an hour away from my home, but I would not hesitate to buy again from Crawfurds. Honestly can't thank Gary enough for everything he did to ensure my son's first car buying experience was a positive one. Outstanding, friendly, fair, great communication throughout and extremely professional! Well done Crawfurds. Cannot praise you enough!
