BREACH OF CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT

The gearbox completely failed after 11 weeks and my daughter is currently taking this company to court for breach of contract of the consumer rights act 2015 and fraud by misrepresentation. They have promised her money back twice and twice gone back on their word. THIS IS NOT A DEROGATORY POST THIS IS FACTUAL AND EVIDENCE BASED AND AS SUCH SHOULD NOT BE REMOVED AND CANNOT BE SUBJECT TO LEGAL ACTION.
