Nice car terrible service

Picked a low milage , used vehicle up from them only to find within 10 minutes of taking it out the garage an obvious fault that anyone doing the most basic pre delivery inspection would have found. I have had the car just over a month now and its been off the road nearly two weeks already. I was informed it would be ready Friday, perhaps in time for me to go away in this weekend. Then only to be told by the dealer doing the repair ( I live a long way away) that the parts were nt even coming into till the middle of next week! If this was nt bad enough, it turns out they had nt MOT the car as promised on the order and when I looked under the front seat I found a pair for glasses so it has nt been valeted properley!
