18000 mile service
Was disgusted with the way I was treated and spoken to after collecting my car after a service by the service manager. I queried about the price before I went home and phoned my son who works for Ford motor company. To find if I had booked the service on line it would be £70 cheaper, How are people meant to find out things like this, the manager should of told us when we went to the garage to book it. I thought they are meant to help their customers not stitch them up. I thought brake fluid was in the price of a service, not to be charged extra. He blatantly lied that there was NOT a service price on their web page which I had right in front of me, was very rude and trying to talk over me. Will not be returning to that garage . Totally and utterly disgusted with his attitude.
