Terrible

We purchased a car around 6 weeks ago. Upon arrival the car was damaged and their had been no communication to highlight the fact. Never the less we received a discount, which was not proportionate to the damage incurred. The dealership had also ‘lost’ the logbook. We where only given one key as the salesman Stu ‘forgot’ to hand it over. 6 weeks on and we are still waiting for the key to be posted to our address after numerous chases. Shocking service from start to finish, would never use this dealership or this salesman again. Really disappointed and dissatisfied.
