Darren B & Richard C were nothing short of amazing; Emails and phone calls were promptly responded too and all my questions and concerns were dealt with effectively. Throughout the sales process everything was kept quick and simple and it was evident Vertu were trustworthy, knowledgeable and cared about customer care. It was nice for everything to be on a digital screen rather than numerous bits of paper as experienced at other dealerships, this kept the sale process streamlined and straight forward. From the initial enquiry, every detail was accurate and clear. The personalised video of the car was a great addition too and instantly made us feel valued.
