AVOID. Dodgy dealer without sales proces

AVOID. Underhand Car Dealing Dealers in charge (Zack/Ali) did not make online or contractual agreements, they discuss a lot over the phone and I felt were pushy. No trackable sales process in place, took my deposit and did not return. Dealer at no point communicated deposit as ‘non-refundable’. Highly inappropriate, unprofessional and in my opinion complete amateurs in retrospect. When dealing with high value cars and dealerships one expects transparency but good with your wits about you. I have had to take legal action to recuperate my money. Avoid this dealer.
