Would never use again. Van failed it's MOT, asked them to do the work to pass it and to rectify an advisory. The advisory asked for (nearside droplink replacement) wasn't done resulting in it still being shown on the MOT certificate. Called them and agreed to return the van. Took time off to return the van to them today to have it done and reissue the MOT. Job was done but they refused to reissue MOT so I now have an outstanding issue on the certificate purely at their fault for not doing the job asked for. Was told if I wanted a new MOT I would have to book and pay for it, despite it being their fault in the first place. I'd expect better at the prices they charge.
