Scammed by Russell

Purchased a vehicle remotely from Russell and had it shipped for £16,890, was told "It is very rust free for age,a tiny patch of paint bubbling on O/S sill in front of rear wheel not through paint. MOT test inspects underneath for any corrosion issue’s." MOT test passed but once the car was imported, the car was rejected by the entry certifier with over 16 failed items! The most serious of which is the rust from the car (refer to pictures). What I don't get is how MOT passed the car when even the most basic of all of these (lights) are not working? My conclusion is he worked worked with Evans Garage LTD to fake the MOT test, once confronted, proceeded to block me, do not trust anything that this man says, he should have his trading license revoked!
