BLOODY CRAP!

The service here if you're English is crap!.( just my thoughts) ordered my car mid October 2022 and told the car was already in order and should be with the dealer and delivered late January. I called 3 times during this time and the last phonemail I was asked had I had my letter? NO I replied. what letter. The letter from Elim headed paper and signed by Steve Wass explained they had NO IDEA when my car would be built never mind delivered and didn't have the decency to ring me. Had to do it by a letter..... I WAS FURIOUS... that was about the 7th January 2023. I was in Chester and went to Swanway where their sales executive David created me and was a very calming young man, I explained the situation and he went off to do a search. He came back and asked is colour important. NOPE I replied. he said they have a cumulus grey or black EV 2008. after a number of calls I cancelled my order at Elim. that was the 7th.... its now the 23rd January 2023 and I took delivery of my BRAND NEW 2008 EV in the same colour I had on order with this dealership. !!!! SO WHY? I cant believe if one dealership can do it why they cant? is it because im from the mainland? Is their favouritism or just bone lazy staff and managers/owners. WHAT a waste of time and so much stress caused to me which triggered excessive pain due to my fibromyalgia. They dont care one bit.!!! USE AT YOURE PERIL!
