Great, Genuine Family Run Business

Genuinely can not fault these guys. Me and my partner have always been wary of buying from independent garages because there's so many rogue ones, but these guys are the total opposite. We went to view a Focus Titanium X last Monday, something we'd been searching for, for a while and just couldn't find the right one. We then came across this one. Even on the phone, they answered every question well and was open to each and everyone. Upon visiting they wasn't pushy and gave us all the time we needed, let us take it for a test drive and fully inspect the car before deciding. There was a couple of stone chips on the back that had previously been repainted but not to a great standard, we pointed this and a small mark out and without hesitation, they said they would get it fixed, but did warn us it may not look brand new, but would definitely look better. We placed our deposit and was told the car would be ready in around 10 days due to the bank holiday and they don't want it to leave without a full MOT and service. They also told us that they would fix any advisories if there was any. Throughout the 10 days they was happy enough to answer any questions on the phone and gave me updates. The car had an advisory on 2 tyres but they decided to change all 4 instead of just the 2. The paint repair job exceeded my expectations and genuinely looks brand new. We collected the car today and it was a very pleasant transaction. They even took the time to show us the little things in the car that we might of not even known existed. Aswell as them doing some research on the questions we had throughout the week. I would definitely buy another vehicle from these and I would recommend each and every person that reads this review to do the same if they see something they like on their forecourt. Thank you to all of you for the pleasant experience and showing that there are some great small garages out there.
