BMW Convertible

Bought a 2018 model a couple of weeks ago. Great initial service, however poor after sales service. Nobody knew how to pair up my phone, or even knew of functions on car. Asked if I could be told how satnav worked, nobody knew, told to use my Iphone SATNAV. l was left behind as salesperson had to deliver another car to a client, but they took my keys with them. Had to wait on their return. I was left clueless as to how car system worked. Ended up going to a local BMW Dealer who was more than happy to put me right.
