Brought a car of them in early February 2023 it’s now June and I’ve only just had the car back . Within the first couple days I noticed a noise coming from the crank pulley. I messaged olly a few times about this and he ignored my messages , so I took it to my local garage and they advised me to take it back to the dealership after they had put a new pulley on , that took over 2 weeks. I messaged Olly about this and once again he ignored my messages. It’s taken almost 10 weeks to get the pulley sorted , and the car is still broke the noise is still there and the pulley is still wobbling. Didn’t even get the receipt of what had been done to the car I had to ask for it. there’s lack of communication barley any customer service just throws the keys at you.
