Untrustworthy And Unfreindly

I had been a loyal customer for 15 years. However they cancelled my contract for a new Honda Civic 5 months after signing and paying a £1000 deposit because of a Honda price rise. They said they were allowed to do this as stated in their terms and conditions, even though they never sent me any. During the purchase the salesman assured me that placing a deposit locked in the price for me and there had just been a price rise the previous week anyway. They did offer me a replacement "at cost" a price rise of over £2000 that was £500 more than several other dealers. Don't expect friendly service either; the salesman Geoff that I bought my 2020 Civic from never said hello or spoke once until I was passed on to him with a view to purchasing another Civic. The servicing of that Civic was to be fair was pretty good until they wanted £120/hour and 2 visits to diagnose a faulty parking sensor, a service performed for free whilst I had a brew by another dealer. Oh and the courtesy car will cost you 25 quid as well, a cost brought in during Covid for cleaning and never dropped. Needless to say I will take my loyal custom elsewhere.
