I used this place when my sun visor came off in my hand on my 5 day old HRV. The service manager looked at it and told me I'd have to pay for the repair! I contacted Honda UK (who were useless) and left an honest Google review on the dealer's site. They responded by saying they could do nothing unless I gave them my contact details which I did, receiving a confirmation mail from their Senior Marketing Manager on Jan 8th 2024 saying; "Thank you Mr Burns, I have passed this on to the Management team for investigation and to contact you." It's now Feb 8th 2024 and guess what - no contact what so ever. I have an elderly and infirm relative so have to be contactable all of the time so they've not made any attempt on any platform and I need to get back to Honda UK. Just to compound the issue Honda sent a Feefo review for me to complete and that got redacted completely, just leaving the heading and I noticed there were many such 1* reviews on that site. I'll get rid of the car as soon as I can and never darken Honda's door again. The visor needed to be repaired twice by another dealer before it was sorted proving that it was a genuine manufacturing fault and there was never any question of payment.
