Double check ALL paperwork beforehand

Seamless process in financing a vehicle from them, but encountered many issues afterwards that could've been avoided but weren't due to either laziness or negligence. I was ALSO never registered as the new keeper of the vehicle. I'd imagine this is done to avoid fronting the cost of £25 to register each and all of their sold vehicles. I went for over 4 weeks without a logbook and had to end up fronting the cost myself (£26+ postage) as they had denied responsibility, claiming it became "lost" in the post. Said they'd take the spent money "into consideration when your vehicle needs servicing". After a phone call and threatening to return the vehicle, Ali said he'd submit the V62 tomorrow. He then asked me to keep waiting as the only person capable of writing English was sick that day. To fix a DVLA milage discrepancy (admittedly not their fault, but still an issue nonetheles), no assistance was offered to fix it. If I wanted it fixed, I'd need to pay £25 for a HPI check and call the DVLA myself. I was not given a Green New Owner Slip. Make sure you ask for one. Wing mirrors don't tilt down when reversing for parking (also undisclosed to me). Front right tyre was almost worn out completely. Also undisclosed. Few scratches on the front rims, but that's partially my fault as I neglected to properly survey the vehicle. If you do decide to come here, make sure you: 1. Ensure they fill out a V62 and POST IT, or provide you with a V5 logbook, on the DAY OF SALE (as they will claim the V62 they posted to the DVLA was lost in the post, forcing you to front the cost). I went over 4 weeks never having been registered as the new owner. 2. Provide you with a Green New Owner Slip on the DAY OF SALE. 3. Properly inspect (every single square inch, the rims & accessories) and test drive the vehicle before considering purchase. Or, to avoid all this hassle, go elsewhere. Don't allow impulse to get the better of you. However great the deal I received was, it was NOT worth the headache afterwards.
