Not recommending - questionable customer
Have bought a car recently from Cannock garage from Oliver, which broke down the next day(limp mode, engine light on, engine knock, etc). Called back and they accepted to take it back to look at it and fix it at their own cost, however refused to refund or cover recovery back to garage. They diagnosed it as engine failure and confirmed will replace engine. In the end they also had to replace the battery. Picked up the car after 2 weeks(in which it was very difficult and frustrating to get updates), had to wait 30 mins and didn't get any kind of receipts for work done, but only some service history from the donor car for the replacement engine. Finally after driving the car home it went into limp mode again with engine light on, and started to misfire again, so conclusions are clear. Overall seemed decent but the words are not matching the behaviour of the car unfortunately.
