CORSA VXR - Purchase Experience

Called Luke on a Monday at 12pm to ask him some questions about my new car, he answered them all really quickly and easily. The same day I asked Luke if he would be willing to stay open late for me so I could come and view the car in which he did this was 8pm. Luke advised no need to put a deposit down but I insisted I did and the car was described very accurately in comparison to his listing on Auto trader 6 days later, I went to pick up the car. It had been serviced with new oil, brake discs and pads and was fully valeted in and out. The only thing that was missing was some TPMS sensors which Luke was open about and had some ordered for me. These never showed up so I ordered my own and Luke happily paid me the cost. Overall my experience was great. At times Luke can take a while to get back to you but rest assured he will when he can. He is the main man of the business so at times he can be with customers/ delivering cars. Overall I would go back to Luke as I had a positive experience. In a few years, hopefully I will be back for an upgrade. I must also mention Luke took in my old car as Part Ex, which allowed me to easily collect my car without the need of worrying and bringing someone else and their car with me to collect. Thanks again for your time and patience with me Luke! I love the car and what an upgrade!
