Avoid this dealership at all costs. I paid a deposit to secure a specific vehicle and received confirmation it would be held for me. After travelling over three hours to collect it, I was informed by email 15 minutes before arrival that the car had already been sold to someone else. This wasn't just a misunderstanding. The dealership knew exactly what time I was arriving and how far I had travelled. It seems they were more interested in a quick sale than honouring any commitments or behaving ethically. If you're thinking about leaving a deposit here, don’t bother. Disgraceful service.
