Major service, mot plus Aircon service and brake fluid change. Coolant over filled, brake fluid over filled, engine oil over filled. Brake pads squeaking before and after service as due replacement, no mention on MOT or service. Worst of all, with the Aircon service, they clearly state they check for leaks before refilling with gas. They didn't identify a pipe leak so all the gas I paid for leaked out within 24 hours. I contacted the Watford branch but they refused to refund my £99 for the Aircon service. I complained to their complaint email but no response after sending 4 emails. The service was in February 2025 and my first email of complaint was February 2025. I spent circa £800. No response in writing as requested, no accountability and just very poor workmanship. I have to go to the ombudsman now unfortunately
