First time using CVM

We recently leased a minibus through this company for the first time, and overall, we’re very happy with the experience. There were a couple of teething issues and mix-ups along the way—initially, we were expecting a brand-new model but received a 2024 plate instead of a 2025. However, the van was delivered on the scheduled day, which was great. The vehicle has been used a lot since delivery, and any problems we encountered were quickly resolved by the team, and every concern we’ve had has been sorted out promptly. The minibus feels a bit underpowered, so next time we’d consider going for a Ford as It’s a funded vehicle paid for by our organisation, and we plan to change it every three years. Overall, the customer service has been very good, and we’re satisfied with the leasing experience. 5 stars.
