Service plan wash & vac never done

Year after year they vacuum or clean the car as part of the service plan. A simple 'wash and vacuum' was not done I left one potato crisp on the passenger seat prior to service to see if they do indeed 'VAC' it was still there after service. Complained they apologised, brought the car back for a wash & vac. They washed the outside and did not vacuum inside. He replied "This is not a valet service' . Scared to provide a complaint yet they take your money on a monthly basis. Do not Trust Ford. He did not wash the car after service it was dusty. Perplexing how a vacuum is seen by Ford as a full valet service. Can't do the basic 'Wash n Vac'. Other Ford employee did not check the car 2nd time, still not vacuumed inside. The car was not on the board for washing yet the car cleaner refused to clean it. I was gaslighted for asking for what I paid for a simple wash N vac. I in no way asked for not a valet service. Maybe Ford can clarify what they mean by VAC. When vacuum is not used in the car.
