Stay away from these cowboys

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS Bought a ford kuga July 2024 . Dpf filter light coming on within a few days and wouldn't go back off for 2 weeks . Brought the car back and was told I needed to drive the car continuously at 60 mph without breaking to regen the car . Manager forced restarted it . A few days later light on again, phoned manager said same thing I'm not driving the car enough ( was driving from millisle to larne which is 40 miles and it didn't regenerate) A 3rd phone call and was told to bring it up to them . I was told it was leaking brake fluid due to my driving and that's why the filter light was coming on . I took the car to an independent garage who told me there were 2 leaks, took it back to Lowes and manager said there were no leaks at all and he couldn't fix something that was not there . Took to a different independent garage who told me the same thing that there was 2 leaks, also phoned Ford directly about brake fluid who advised without even looking at it that there was a leak . Took the car back again, manager said same thing that no leaks and I needed to drive continuously to get dpf filter to clear, after alot of back and forth the tried to force regenerate the car and was unable to do so . He then said there must be a problem with the sensor and out of the kindness of his heart he would replace it and not charge me ( I was still within my warranty so should have been no charge anyways) . But I had to bring the car back for the 4th maybe 5th time to have the sensor fitted . The light was fixed but still refused to acknowledge any leaks . On my way home after sensor was fitted the car was making a hugh noise that scared the life out of me , put hazards on and pulled over to ring garage to say it was coming back to them . Drove a snails pace back as had no idea what the noise was , they had left the under tray not put back on properly, the guy who looked at it said your screws were old and that's why it happened and it was noones fault ( no other garage who looked at it had this problem, just them ) . I took the car to get the leaks fixed elsewhere as I do not trust them near the car . I rang the manager Kenny in Lowes to say I took it to a garage and 2 leaks that he said was not there was fixed and he said oh must have happened after you bought the car . I said I will be leaving a review everywhere and he said no need to be like that and ended the call with I hope you don't need us again.
