We recently bought a car from Ford Lookers Sudbury. I couldn’t have wished for better a better customer service experience. We were dealt with by Thomas who was very knowledgable and explained everything about the car in great detail and was open for enquires for us to call back and ask questions when needed. They all made us feel very welcome, we had to bring our 2 year old son in to with us and they were very warm and welcome, interacting with him and offering him biscuits to keep him entertained which is great. I couldn’t recommend Ford Lookers more for anyone enquiring about a car. Thank you for all your help.
