Terrible service

From the begining there was something wrong. But today when I went to pick the vehicle up it turned out that vehicle is not roadworthy. I wasted there nearly 3 hrs. I was being lied all that time that car is at the workshop for inspection. Then it turned out that it is not roadworthy. I had to cancel insurance. I had to cancel finance. Waste of time. Very rude customer representatives. As soon as they got your money they, you mean nothing to them. Lies from beginning till the end.
