Worst car buying experience
I do not normally leave reviews but we want people to know how awful this branch is! Communication has been awful, had to keep chasing them. Conveniently the person we needed to speak to was never available. Every conversation we had a different story/excuse for the work not being done or not returning calls when promised. Sold with FSH. NO SERVICE HISTORY PROVIDED AND AFTER 6 weeks still nothing. Customer service is the worst we have ever experienced. We both work in customer service and have for over 30 years! Not one person from this branch would ever be employed by us! The Wolverhampton branch are not shining Lexus in a good light. I can’t explain how frustrated we are but this is not the last they have heard from us!! I am not a “keyboard warrior” we are just a couple of very frustrated/angry/annoyed customers and they genuinely do not care! This isn’t the end…. and they’re only getting a 1 star because we can’t leave a review with a ZERO
