PLEASE AVOID THIS GARAGE

Absolutely horrendous, where do I start. Brought a citroën c4 grand picasso 3 months ago from idrive . Stated as nothing wrong with it. Same advert as all other cars they have. Only did i notice the following day after we took for test drive I noticed that the passenger side seatbelt was completely slack didn't wide back in and the cheeky salesman would have sat in that while knowing it didn't work and didn't say nothing about and I spoke of how I'm trying to buy something a bit safer as I have my 5 children in the car often. I rang about this and told to contact the warranty company and they would call me back and never did. The warranty doesn't cover so decided to attempt to fix myself only to find it had been unplugged from the electrics and tape over it hide.when plugged in came up with airbag fault. What they was quite obvious trying to hide. Also car was sold with new clutch flywheel ect, what has failed again after 3 months, either parts failure or not repaired correctly as advised by another mechanic and will likely happen again as something else is causing it that was not repaired. Not sure of the name of it. And all on top of this. Had a check done on the vehicle and has flagged up as a CAT S write off. What was never stated to me nor mentioned of the advert and by law that must disclose this. What is also why I've had no luck with them sending me the v5 in my name. Delayin to hide the true status of the car. At the moment they are not offering a refund or replacement, they are offering to fix the car what i will absolutely reject after . After all the lies and deceit and how they have delt with this, can't trust be trusted in the slightest, of course trying every trick in the book, they will definitely sell you the 3month warranty and tell you its nothing to with them now at point of sale and any problems you ring the warranty company what protects them for them 3 months being liable to pay you the full refund. You'll go round in circles with them on the phone of course also. I'm getting help from citizens advice and trading standards that they are definitely in breach of law selling a vehicle with the CAT S status. I have informed them of all the evidence I have found and the couldn't care less . PLEASE AVOID THIS GARAGE WILL COST YOU ALOT OF MONEY AND TIME. PLEASE CHECK OTHER REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND AUTO TRADER AND PLEASE BUY YOUR CAR FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE
