Terrible Experience

Horrendous experience! Bought a used car from these guys 3 weeks ago. Drove over 100 miles to collect and was told whilst 2 hours into my journey they had found a fault on it. I arrived at the dealership and was unable to take the car so they provided me with a courtesy car. The car was delivered 5 days later and arrived with a warning light for low tyre pressure and no documentation to say it had been serviced before they handed it over as promised. I called a and emailed them regarding this and had no response. A week later when driving the car, the vehicle lost all power on the motor way with a waring light indicating an issue with the power distribution to the 4 wheel drive. I spent 2 hours trying to get Marshalls to collect the car, they came the next day to collect the car. I was assured I would be called to discuss next steps/courtesy car. Despite 4 phone calls and 3 emails today I have still had no contact at all and have been without a vehicle for 3 day now. No where near acceptable and i will be returning the car under the consumer rights act (when someone calls me back!!!!!) I've never had such a poor service from a supposed reputable dealer.
