Used Car - Nightmare!

Purchased a used car in June 25. 2 Days later there were a list of faults. I went back to Sales at the Dealership, Only to be told, what do you expect for a car over 5 years old and the price you paid! This wasn't the reaction I were expecting and asked to speak to the General Manager (Rob) who promised to return my call, but never did! Every time I telephone and ask for Rob, he is unavailable. Shocking way to treat customers. Warranty and service paperwork has never been received either. Steer clear of this Main Dealership, They are no better than a back street garage, trading under Main Dealership pretending to be reputable.
