Car has internal engine problem which causes it to overheat. Also advert stated one owner when it had three. Mr Farrington blamed this on the DVLA information. Mot fail had not been resolved so questions need to asked how did it pass. Refused under the Consumers Act to a refund. Legal action being taken.
