Horrible Experience + Poor Service

Horrible experience unacceptable service. Booked a service and MOT over the phone. On arrival it’s only the service that was booked. They know I got a service plan plus MOT. Upon completing the service and MOT, Currie Motors Toyota tried to charge me £66 without informing prior doing the job. Why do I have to pay when I got a service plan paid on time without fail? No extra job done to be clear. Not only that, they put wrong mileage on the MOT certificate like 6,000 miles more than what is on the dashboard. Currie Motors Toyota also left all my documents scattered on the seat when it was all well filed on the booklet folder. They took out my service book but did not stamped it. Complained to the service manager who gave me complimentary AC antibacterial treatment but left my front rubber matts WET with the chemicals. Very disappointing service! Where is the Quality Control of Currie Motors Toyota Kingston. What is the point of paying a dealership service price when it doesn’t even meet the minimum standard
