Illegally sold me a car

This garage sold me a car with an outstanding safety recall without telling me. This is illegal. They lost the second key to the car and failed to post it to me as promised. They tried to delay me collecting the car despite already being halfway through a long drive there. The reason for this was the car having it's MOT done which wasn't told to me, I was told it was completely days before.
