Totally the wrong way to buy a car

I recently had someone go into the back of my car and write it off. As I was in a hurry for a replacement, I tried to find a car that was a step up from my old Nissan. Online, I tried garages that were recommended by the AA, what a let down that was, no answer to emails, texts or phone back requests. Then I saw that the RAC ran a similar scheme and the first dealer I saw there had the perfect car. The car had been on the site for 1 hour and I wanted to be quick, so requested a call-back. A short while later, I received a call from Josh, and the process of buying the car began. I didn't go to look at the car, nor did I go later for a test drive and didn't bother with an independent inspection. Instead I trusted Josh, and then Aaron, who joined in the conversations. What a wonderful experience this has been, a garage that puts customer service at the forefront. The car was put through a 48 part scrutiny, an MOT and then delivered from Bristol to my home. The car runs like a dream, everything works exactly as it should, which caused me a little concern as the vehicle management light came on along with the low tyre pressure light. I had to get the manual out as it was a little worrying that the management light was on. There was no problem I just had to pump up one tyre, reset the low pressure alarm and then after the second start the engine management light went out. The system sends a warning message to tell you the there is a warning message and the management light comes on to warn you that there is a warning light on. What a car. Would I use this first rate seller again? That has to be a resounding YES from me.
