I haven't even managed to use Sandicliffe Loughborough yet. Their waiting lists for warning light checking are around 2 months long so i took my car to sandicliffe leicester, only a 4 week wait. Now the car has refused to stay. It sounds like the battery needs charging but i no longer have a second car to jump start it from. The car is still under guarantee. I asked sandicliffe if they could collect the car to find out what was wrong with the battery/ starting. They could collect it but only if it is running. I have to get my recovery service to take it to them if it doesn't start. I've never heard such nonsense! All they need to do is drive about 1 mile from their dealership, jump start the car and take it down to check it out! At my usual garage this would be a curtesy part of the service. My experience of Sandicliffe Loughborough so far is not good and gets worse every time I try to contact them.
