Avoid this dealer.

Initially felt confident buying from Lexus Chester due to their professional service and assurances. But less than 2,000 miles in, a constant brake issue appeared — confirmed by another Lexus centre as requiring full disc replacement (£900). Also found no washer fluid and an expired tyre inflator on delivery. When raised, they dismissed it as wear and tear and offered no meaningful resolution. Disappointing aftersales support.
