If I could put minus stars I most definitely would. I have never experienced an after care like it. We purchased a BMW 1 series as a second hand purchase, we spoke with Hassan who was nice enough, the car was bought round and straight away the state of the car was terrible, animal hair on the back seat, foot marks on the boot. The worst thing was the fact that after a few days the service lights and the brake pad lights came on. I contacted VW reading to get this sorted, but what I received was the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Not taking any blame, not willing to help me, I live over 3 hours away from this show room and they would not help me any further. I’ve made 2 complaints and both were ignored, 5 months later I’ve still got these lights on my dashboard with no resolution. I would highly recommend staying away from this store, do not deal with Hassan or the manager Mohammed because they don’t give a F*** once the car is out of their possession.
