Shocking Customer Service

We bought a nearly new car which unfortunately for us had defect tyres, despite being told we could have the tyre inspection report, (which you think would be a reasonable request) we were fobbed off. This was after we suffered a blow out on the motorway, They haven’t even had the courtesy to ask how we are or how many miles we had done since we bought the car. Knowing that I had had a total knee replacement too. The car wasn’t overused. Appalling service..
