Absolutely shameful

Ride and disrespect staff,they sell me a wrong part and then make it extremely difficult to return it for a refund when I spend over 140k for a car. They hang out on me when I was calling in order to get a 35£ refund. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE,I WOULD NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!
